Hi, I’m Stephani.
My mission is to help people of all ages to reconnect with the light inside them — especially in times of transition, uncertainty, or inner longing.
I’m a writer, artist, and former pediatric nurse creating emotionally intelligent tools for children and families. With a background in healthcare and storytelling, my work lives at the intersection of empathy, imagination, and soul.
My career began in pediatric home health before moving into public media, where I now serve as a creative professional in the U.S. military. I have award-winning work in writing, photography, and digital storytelling, which has reached wide audiences. This has only deepened my commitment to creating offerings that nurture inner light, truth, and belonging in young hearts.
My experiences and inner transformations shape everything I create and share with others. I don’t have all the answers, but I do believe in beauty, honesty, and the quiet power of coming home to yourself. I look forward to walking the Prism Path with you!
The Heart of My Work
At the heart of everything I create is a soul-led philosophy I call The Prism Path — and it’s built on one simple truth:
You are light.
Not metaphorical light. Not performative-based light. But real, living essence — the part of you that loves, creates, endures, and remembers.
The Prism Path is the journey of coming back to that light — piece by piece, layer by layer. It honors every stage of being human: the forgetting, the suffering, the transformations, and the return to wholeness.
From children’s books and card decks to reflective writing and spiritual tools, my work exists to support that journey — with gentleness, courage, and joy.
Why This Matters
Most of us were taught to hide parts of ourselves — to survive, to succeed, to belong. But we were never meant to stay in hiding.
I created The Prism Path to help people — especially the sensitive, the unseen, and the still-healing — to remember their light.
Whether you are a parent, a seeker, a creative, or someone just beginning to ask deeper questions — you deserve a space to question, find yourself, and heal.
You deserve tools that reflect your truth.
You deserve to feel the light that’s never left you.
That’s why I’m here.
I build these tools as both my purpose and my livelihood, with care and clarity.
But access matters too. My vision is to support this work through meaningful paid offerings and to expand its reach through donation, translation, and community partnership — so children and adults everywhere can feel seen, safe, and whole.
